"When Sarah first approached me about health coaching, I was at a place in my life where I felt like I would jump at any chance given to me. Admittedly, I was mildly skeptical that she could offer me anything really helpful. So many places and people offer quick fixes, certain supplements , teas or what-have-you. When she first called me and explained the way the coaching works I was surprised and intrigued. Full wellness coaching , a step by step guide to help you understand how you feel and further more a wonderful plan to help you feel better. I can honestly say that I feel so much better after completing the coaching. Not in a superficial way where you feel good for a moment because someone tells you something that makes you feel all warm inside, but in a way that taught me to see myself in a clearer light, to treat myself better and to find the things I love again. Then she'd showed me how to take those things I love and use them to my benefit. Sarah is like a best friend, she is friendly and approachable. Don't be surprised if you get to the end of a session and find that you have spilled your guts to her and she has gently guided you to use those emotions and experiences. I am 100% happy with the coaching and am thrilled to have had this wonderful experience with Sarah."
